Our comprehensive lawn care program includes regular visits throughout the growing season, typically every 4-6 weeks. Each visit includes fertilization, weed control, and a thorough inspection of your lawn. We customize the schedule based on your lawn's specific needs and Maine's seasonal conditions. You'll always receive advance notice before each visit.
Our grub preventative is applied in early through mid-summer and is absorbed by the grass plant itself. When grubs hatch and start feeding, they die off before causing damage. We guarantee you won't have damaging levels of grub activity—if you do, we'll stop the existing grubs and repair any damage completely free of charge.
Fall is the ideal time for aeration and overseeding in Maine, typically September through early November. Cooler temperatures, warm soil, and natural rainfall create perfect conditions for seed germination. Aeration relieves soil compaction while creating thousands of seed pockets, and overseeding at this time gives new grass the best chance to establish strong roots before winter.
We apply treatments to your property perimeter, lawn, landscape beds, under decks, and anywhere ticks and mosquitoes are found. For ticks, we treat 3 feet high and focus on brush piles, rock walls, and plantings where they live. For mosquitoes, we treat several feet high and identify potential breeding areas. Treatments create a protective barrier that keeps your outdoor spaces safe and enjoyable.
Yes! Our vegetation control service targets invasive species like Japanese knotweed, poison ivy, and bittersweet that can take over your property. We also address unwanted vegetation in crushed stone driveways, paver walkways, mulch beds, and patios. Each treatment is customized to eliminate the specific invasive plants affecting your property.
